The first shop i have visited was Liberty.
The firs thing I have noticed was the half-timbered building. It obviously differs from other аfashion shops. The iconic Tudor-style building was designed in the 1920s.
The store was opened in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby.Arthur traveled the world importing exotic goods from far flung destinations and his support for the Arts & Crafts movement helped create what is known worldwide as 'Liberty Style'.
Today Liberty is the leading destination store in London, a wonderful emporium where the latest fashions sit alongside design classics.
In the Lyberty Store Department there is everything: from clothes, jewellery, fragrance, fabrics and furniture.
The store consists of set of rooms, and each room has it's own style and decorations.
The first room, when you come in,is devoted to the world of Manolo Blahnik.
There is amazing shoe collection and a lot of his illustrations on the walls.
Each floor, each room lives his own life and tell us different stories.
This elegant store is unlike any other as it feels like you're in a luxurious home rather than shopping. Definitely worth a visit.
